Management groups are faced with the task of developing strategies for social and state development, within which they will have to face their own physical and intellectual limits, solving problems more than their thinking can grasp.

In the absence of a universal approach, when there is no way to peep a ready-made solution, and the initial one is constantly changing, they will have to learn to think on a country scale and generate ideas for social transformations that meet the challenges facing the country today.
